ONYX Constructors has recently achieved the successful build-out of BGE, Inc. (Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc.) headquarters' executive level, located on level 5 north in One Westchase Center at 10777 Westheimer Rd. in Houston, TX. This impressive project encompassed 23,983 square feet and was completed within a timeframe of just 10 weeks.
The construction incorporated various modern amenities, such as a spacious reception and conference area with a mail room and coffee bar. The restroom areas underwent a complete remodel and expansion, featuring new floor and wall tiles, wallcoverings, toilet partitions, and vanities.
The project included the addition of a large break room with comfortable banquette seating, revamped office and room layouts showcasing full glass fronts and top-notch finishes throughout. Notably, the offices were strategically positioned along the entire perimeter radius, maximizing natural light and scenic views. The upgrade also encompassed the establishment of additional copy/print stations and work rooms, enhancing productivity and efficiency within the workspace.
